Color Accuracy
Color looks different on every screen. Display panels, rendering engines, operating system color profiles and browser settings all interpret color values in slightly different ways, so a HEX, RGB or HSL value generated here may appear differently across devices, monitors and print workflows. Always verify colors on your target devices or media before finalizing a design.
Accessibility Guidance
Contrast readings and WCAG-related numbers shown in our tools are educational guidance, not legal advice. Passing a contrast ratio in the tool does not by itself establish accessibility compliance: real compliance depends on a full audit of your finished product, including its content, layout and context of use. For legal or regulatory requirements, please consult a qualified professional.
Design Decisions
You are responsible for how you apply the colors and palettes you create with ChromaKit. This includes checking that a color scheme is suitable for your brand, does not conflict with protected trademarks, and meets the accessibility standards that apply to your project.
